The U Haul manager was supposedly not on site. When called she would not come in. The U Haul equipment was returned on a Saturday about 12:30 pm. It was not logged in until 9:00 am the next day. The personnel at the store had no idea what to do and refused to give me a copy of paperwork saying we had returned it. Will never drop off or pickup tgere again.
