Larry tI estimated I would be travelling 325Km and ended up travelling 332Km but was charged for 888Km for a difference of 556Km that I did not travel, which translates to $606.04 of being over charged. Went back to agent/depot and spoke about the issue. Now it will be a waiting game to see if I get refunded. Totally feel like I have been f*cked over.
Blake BThere was no assisted with hooking trailer up, it was quite heavy and I struggled to get it lifted, had to find ratchet straps to help into box of truck and slowly lift, took 40 min to get hooked up. Was not impressed
Sarah SThe truck was not cleaned from previous renter, the gas was near empty, my understanding is that the fuel tank should be full at time of renting the unit.
Ramiro NThis is a U-Haul drop off and pick up so to get in touch with the person is harder than going to dealer itself, since this is the place where I had to get the U-Haul I felt with it make sure to preset online as they don't do this for you, if you drop off to a U-Haul dealer you down payment will be paid back to you by cash, the U-Haul itself was good

Larry JHave inspection done before next rental. A parking lot, backyard or driveway in my opinion does not constitute a U-Haul place of business. I chatted with neighbours who lived here in Daysland for 14 years and did not know that Reddi Mart dealt with U -Haul.

Al NHaving to use "online" for dr license and pre trip truck assessment did not work. Had to text info to do truck assessment, and uhaul reps phone to photo/ confirm dr license. Very time consuming, nor impressed, especially because I'm old school and prefer paperwork.
Pete HMy original location was much closer, and unfortunately the truck I was renting ended up being late.

Jim BI had to drive 250 kms to get the Uhaul I booked over 5 weeks in advance with fuel at 1.98/L and the best they could do was give me 150$ off ? When it cost me 220$ to fuel .Then I couldn’t even get a trailer I booked so I had to drive the Uhaul and spend another 250$ on fuel for no reason other then “your scheduling”

Franklin RHave 2" ball available for rent, or include size of ball in rental confirmation sms. Have a jack available to aid with hitching the trailer.
Schomoatr rHave the truck roadworthy near bald passenger steer , check engine light on , interior hasn’t been cleaned in awhile cargo space hasnt been swept for at least a move or 2 Also explain the rental arrangement what I pay for ect
Tim SWhen you guys book your trailers you need to get on a map and take a look at the trailers that are available along the route the customer is planning on taking. This is the second time that I've had to drive out of my way for a pick up. It added an extra 3 hrs, 20 minutes to my trip. Then for us to stop in Blaine Lake and see the exact trailer that we just had to drive 3.2 hrs. out of our way to get, and to find out that this trailer had been siting there for 5 weeks is pretty ridiculous. Then in Prince Albert, the location I, the customer, had told the representative on the phone, I was needing was there for rent, which would have been very convenient as well for us. We had to borrow a diesel truck, and the extra time it took getting everything hooked up and gone, just made me very upset and not very satisfied with my experience.
