The trailers should have away of lifting the trailers to put on the hitch as I have a bad back and was unable able to put it on and off the hitch as the trailer is so heavy and to me it is a problem that you need to change the way trailers are hooked up. Also it was frozen to the ground.
Richard MEverything went just fine we took the pictures that were needed, parked it and we were done the move it was really simple
Susan TWhile the drop off was painless I took a wicked fall in the parking lot where there was no visible attempt to deal with the ice ( It was terrible) if there sending customers back there to park the trucks they should at least gravel the aria It doesn't appear as though ill need medical intervention over it but It could have been way worse than a bruised up bottom and sore knee. the person at the counter was very pleasant and the drop off was simple otherwise.
