Horrible people running this location. She yelled at me about 3 times and then expected me to thank her for the worst experience I've had dealing with uhaul.

DAVID VThe trailers should have away of lifting the trailers to put on the hitch as I have a bad back and was unable able to put it on and off the hitch as the trailer is so heavy and to me it is a problem that you need to change the way trailers are hooked up. Also it was frozen to the ground.
