This was the BEST rental experience from uhual, the crew ensured I was hooked up to the trailer correctly and guided me when I needed help backing up, they also helped me unhook the trailer. I was very nervous as this was my first time towing and they made me felt safe with my trailer hook ups and ensured the lights worked before I left, the lobby had a guidebook for towing as well, will definitely rent again from here and avoid other locations because they did so well!

The equipment I reserved was not in the truck - only the appliance dolly and the furniture dolly. I had to go to another UHaul in MHK to rent the utility dolly and the 2 dozen furniture pads. I am now having problems because the other place says I have not returned them, because I guess the drop off location assumes that is the equipment that was to be ORIGINALLY in the rental. I could not solve it that day because the rental location closed at 1, and my pickup time was 2 and they were closed for the weekend. I used the APP when I picked it up, and it allowed me to notate what items were missing but apparently that didnt change the rental & I am pretty sure now that I paid for those items twice. This is incredibly frustrating.

DAVID SThe engine sounds bad and probably needs to be checked. The brakes were sluggish at the start and the transmission was clunky. The loading ramp was rough, it kept catching.

Elijah KDifferent price charged than quoted and new location from where I rented. Rented twice real quick and will rethink my rental choices if this is the way uhaul does business. I will use my other options first. 1st rental was great this one not so much.
