Truck was dirty and there was no side mirror, checked in online however had to wait a long time in the location getting checked in. Was given a different drop off location than originally. Charged for gas when I filled it back up to where it was when I got it.Rebecca S.

I picked up the truck there. the equipment need swept out and had blankets in it. My perception was that the gas gauge was not correct. Then i picked up a trailer at another location. and it ended up equally as bad. He hooked up the trailer, but it did not look like the diagram on the truck. Then we he entered the truck that was being hauled he could have explained it would not fit on the auto transport trailer.Stacey J.

The fuel pump was going out. We drove from Ohio to North Carolina and had to pull over several times because the truck was having issues. Our normal 10 hour trip took 13 hours. The truck was not clean. The service engine light was on. They didn't have the truck ready for us we had to wait an hour before someone who knew how to get us in the rental and he didn't go over the reservation before running my card for 40 more than what I agreed to online.Kelly L.

My original drop off location scheduled was 8775 wadsworth rd, wadsworth ohio. I could not enter their facility because the driveways were roped off. There were no places I felt comfortable turning around at in the dark in a large truck. Very frustrating getting charged and using gas to drive out of my through no fault of my own to get back to town. I had to call Uhaul to change my return location to the grizzly quick mart in wadsworth. Upon pulling in someone came out and said I could not park there even though I talked to Uhaul less than 10 min earlier. After Grizzly mart was unable to contact Uhaul to find another location again they were made arrangements to get me parked in their lot. I understand their frustration as they were having construction work done so I appreciate and thank them for working with me. Overall i had a good first time experience and will consider Uhaul in the future. Thanks.Christopher M.

The refused to accept the returned equipment, after calling uhaul directly, uhaul stated I could leave the truck and trailer there, i left it there only to be charged for 754 extra miles which given that I had the truck less than 24 hours it couldn't I could not have possibly driven 800+ miles at this point I'm now fighting to get my money backGary W.

Although I was surprised that the service was at a mini mart, I found the service excellent. It worked well and I was very happy with the truck and the store owner.WILLIAM D.
I was charged the morning of 22nd $126 for a one time all day one way fee to rent the truck. When I dropped the truck off, full of gass and cleaned by myself, he charged me another fee for $137! For "EZ-Fuel" and a "Fuel Service Fee". It was absolutely absurd. I had to call my credit card company and have them stop the charge which resulted in them re-issuing me a card. So now I have to set up all of my auto pays again for all of my bills which is an extreme inconvenience. When I called the man at the store, I couldn't understand him and he was not helpful at all. He was not able to explain the charges. This "U-Haul Rep" should be band from your services if you care about customer service at all. He tried to fraudulent charge me thinking I would not notice. Horrible expiernce after a long day of moving. Not sure if I will ever use U-Haul again because of this experience. If possible I would like to talk to upper management about this issue and this location, not sure if they screened this business or not, but it was very sketchy looking.chelsey H.
