They were kind and helpful getting me all ready to go. I came earlier than scheduled and the person gave up on his lunch to help me out even though I insisted he finish lunch.

ELIZABETH DEverything was very well clean and in good order and he called to make sure that I wouldn't be charged extra for the one day but I did get charged for 2 days. I thought if I brought it back early I wouldn't pay for 2 days. It's 24 hours it was a total of 29 hours I thought it would only be a one-day charge

The person who worked with us was very friendly although was having some difficulty on his end getting our information to work smoothly with his program/ computer.l. Overall the reservation process was smooth, prior to actually picking u the trailer. Return was quick without a problem.
Sharon JThe odometer was off. I went from Everett to Mount Vernon twice, and it said it was 170 miles. It should’ve been 120-150 miles at most. I got charged an extra $20-$30 and it’s inexcusable.

The only thing I can think of and all honesty that they could improve on is Let somebody know you’re gonna charge extra for the insurance I was unaware of that extra fee tells the end email, I would’ve probably declined it but they were so nice and friendly and it was less than $10 and I really didnt need it because my insurance covers everything overall 5 stars!! .
LUKE AWe requested an 8am pick up, but the store didn’t open till 9. It set us behind and we had to scramble to get the truck back in time. They had said that we would do a mobile pick up, but when we arrived that option was not available.
