I was told by my employee they did not accompany the renter to the truck or look at it. The rear of the truck had inspect pods or similar growing around the perimeter. The Drivers window crank was detached, the truck in general was not well maintained. (I realize the rental store does not maintain them).

How U-Haul Reviews WorkReally good rental spot
Christian MBy far the easiest and most friendly uhaul rental place I have ever done business with!
Miles MThe driver side window handle was detached from the door. It was still usable though.
David lThe guy that helped me (Ahmed?) was very courteous, friendly and EFFICIENT. I was in and out in 15 minutes receiving and returning the trailer!! The facility had available parking. I usually rent a trailer once or twice a year. I will travel a bit farther, but will be using Grocery Singh for all my UHaul rental needs.
