Very helpful owner to customers, they immediately answered questions about placing a rental order instead of making us wait (given that the business was in the grocery store). Their store is clean and people are nice, too.

They called me at 7:40 the night before my pick up date to let me know that UHaul central booking made a mistake - My pick up time was 7 a.m. and they don't open until 9 a.m. I asked if I could run down to the store and pick it up now. They close at 8 p.m., but he said he would wait for me. When I got there, I realized the 10' truck was too small, and asked if we could switch to the next larger size. The store clerk managed all my issues with grace and friendliness. Plus there is room to park my car! This is now my favorite UHaul location. Well done!
