anthony. m⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional, and made the rental process quick and easy. The truck was ready when I arrived. Pickup was hassle-free. Return the system did not work but they got me checked in later with no issues I would definitely rent from this U-Haul location again and highly recommend it.
Lynita KU-Haul needs to fix there system. I had waited an hr to get a truck but the system kept freezing and having to start the process all over. Went to another place and waited another hr till everything went through. Coming to find out that the system went down 9am in the morning and still wasn’t fixed. But either than that everything was fine.
DOMINIQUE HKeep your promises. Thank God that the truck with 94,000 miles didn’t break down.
