This location is a very tough location from a parking standpoint and is not in what I would consider a safe part of town. It’s a convenience store with a uhaul truck in the backyard

We brought the truck back with 1/4 of gas in the green and we were still charged for gas and a fee but no one mentioned this while dropping off the truck especially since we had just put gas in it before we dropped it off

I appreciated their helpfulness and the extended business hours, which made coordination much easier. The checkout process took a bit longer than expected due to the clerk’s limited familiarity with the U-Haul software. I’m rating my experience as average mainly because of the equipment condition, which I only discovered on moving day. One of the wheel tie-down straps was missing (appeared to have been ground off), but this issue wasn’t visible during checkout. Additionally, the location of the facility is challenging — it sits at the intersection of high-speed cross streets, making drop-off somewhat hazardous due to limited backing space. I was also reassigned to this location at the last minute because my original pickup site had maintenance issues, which added to the inconvenience.
