Improve Training- Better Management of Payment/Contract Processing

This is a small franchise without a real storefront. Upon talking to the franchise owner about doing the rental, he walked me through the process over the phone and came onsite to help me finish up as I was hooking up to the trailer. Good customer service for a franchise without a storefront.
