See above. Improve your customer service interactions over the phone and don't waste customers time and money giving them a wild goose chase for a preordered truck and if it's truly out of your hands then we should be compensated for our own losses period.Jennifer P.

Pick up location: very pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. Got me checked in and on my way in very good time. Disappointed that pick up location was moved 30 minutes away. Added 1 hour of inconvenience to moving day. Vehicle:Front suspension/steering had a very bad wobble at speed between 70-90km/hr. Very concerning on a 1300km two day drive. Notified drop off location. Interior clean and tidy. Was not provided a vehicle with winter tires. Winter tires are required on all vehicles crossing the mountain passes between October and the end of April. This should have been caught, considering my one way itinerary.Curtis W.
