Liezel YYour app didn't work and I had to go in. They didn't see my rental and had to rebook me which caused a bunch of issues afterwards when confirming the unit pick up.

Shreya PBetter inform customers to maintain equipment before their return. We ran out of oil within 2 hours of use and the vehicle wouldn’t start back up and created a large problem and inconvenience for us without a method of transportation in the freezing winter and delayed my equipment return time.

Ana MI went to 7 Heaven food after just booking the 10’ truck and they tell me its not available. I told her that if its not available, you need to change the status online bc this is very inconvenient . Luckily my ride didnt leave and I manage to go to GS Helpers who were way better service wise. Excellent through and through!

Eduard DThe condition of the truck when I got was not clean and when I returned, they told me that truck is not clean and you have to pay for cleaning even it was in better condition as compared to the condition I got. I broomed it nicely and lil bit dust was there which I asked them that I can clean but nobody listened to it and they charged me 25 bucks for no reason even it was much clean than what I got.
