fast & friendly service
Jay DI had to go to another location to pick up the auto transport they was 10 miles out of my way than the original location that I had scheduled. The person was not there at 10am as scheduled so I had to call him and wait 20 minutes for him to arrive. I had to fix the tire straps as they were all tangled up. I expect a dickens for the inconvenience and poor service.
Michael DHad to buy a tire and rim for trailer road side would not answer phone Saturday night .spent 170.00 did not get reimbursed.
Michael TMove this place higher in your search algorithm, or make the "more options" button bigger. I'm glad I noticed the trucks and trailers physically at this location because when we started n the UHaul website, this location did not show up -- it fell to page 2 behind places that didn't have what we were searching for, and I didn't see the "more" at the bottom. Very convenient location, excellent service. I'm glad I didn't miss it.
Gary TI tried to use the app to pick up and return my truck but it did not work at all. If it wasn't for the nice lady that works at the pick up location I wouldn't have been able to move today. I lost 30 minutes of move time this morning all because of the app, I should receive a refund for that time.
