Gas tank pipe was caulked I was unable to pour gasoline in the car I ended up stopping on the freeway no gas tow U-Haul car with my furniture inside I had a horrible experience

Everything was good. My only complaint was the length of time on the phone to check in when I brought the van back. The site was giving me some problems on line and I had to go to the chat line but it all worked out! I will be checking my receipt later to day and get back to you because I do have paperwork I don't know if you will need. Thanks, Terrence Schonig

Truck was stolen from location aftet we left it. Thete is no doubt this is a inside job if yrue. As investigation of latge companies mydrlf for 43 years. Too much was slippery. This is why we had two wotnesses and pictures.

I had to remove the trailer off of my own vehicle because the store employee didn't come outside for over 10 minutes. Also this location overcharged me by 200.00 which has since been corrected.

They were not a standard U-Haul location, very hap-hazard. Would have preferred to have been a stand alone facility.

I am very happy that circumstances allowed me to rent from this location. I am not happy that I was sent to this location because the uhaul location next to me refused to take my rental because they wanted to rent a truck multiple times a day instead of to me for the day as is the rental contract for 24hrs. I am also not happy with the fact that the location I picked up my rental was not properly informed of my request for a uhaul.
