Better handling of personal information when doing contract paperwork. I had an employee with me. Wayne was reading everything he was typing including my address and my license number etc. Is just common sense. Now my employee knows my address and my license number. Very disappointed.

I picked up my Uhaul in Franklin and it was at 3/16 tank of gas so they gave me a credit on my bill in order to maintain the ¼ tank that a uhaul is normally dispatched at, so that was great!

Good Morning, sorry this long. I have a pending Customer service portal. Equipment was not available apron arrival after receiving email confirming it was. No assistance in finding required equipment. Had dial around to other U haul locations to find "MUST NEED" furniture dollies. Had to drive 20 MILES out of the way to pick up and pay for two furniture dollies- IN TRUCK MILEAGE. Also, I originally set up for 1 day and was charged for 2 days even after speaking with U Haul customer service SAT. Morning at 10AM EST. For someone who makes a living in the customer service industry , the only person who assisted me and made sure I had a somewhat better experience with U Haul was the customer service agent Ariel. She was fantastic. I am sure U HAUL will take care of my additional day I was charged, also the additional 20 miles to pickup equipment but also make sure I am taken care of. It is just frustrating to pre- order all of your equipment 3 weeks in advance and arrive and its like I am walking into an operation which has no idea what they are doing. I have used U HAUL over 10 Times now and move a lot all over the east coast. I really enjoy U HAUL but this was by far one of the worst inconvenience on a very tight timeline for move in. The front half of the trailer floor was covered with what appeared to be a spill of some sort of coating material. It was hard and dry, but it was difficult to load the furniture I was moving. The associate at UHaul tried to blame me for the spill and charge me for cleaning, I refused and threatened to fight the charges, he then backed down. I have rented from UHaul in the past and always found the equipment in good shape. This was a sad disappointment.

I had originally requested a pickup in Natick, MA. The Uhaul customer service representative who called to inform me of the pickup location change (20 miles away) was extremely rude and condescending. She offered no sympathy for this inconvenient change and made no attempt to ameliorate the situation. Based on this experience alone, I will avoid using Uhaul in the future. That said, the folks at Guardian self storage were courteous and professional.

I rented a van from this location. The experience was perfect. The gentleman that I dealt with was professional and polite. Everything worked out as I hopped it would. In the future, I will rent from this location again.
