The van was reserved from a different location in Medway and picked up at this location in Franklin. The prices originally quoted were incorrect. I was told 200 miles were included. When I picked up the van at this location, I was told 100 miles only. Disappointed at the incorrect quote. Especially since my trip was 200 miles.

Francisco RWhen I picked up the truck the paper work said it was a half tank of gas. The agent and I agreed that he would change it to less than a 1/4. He did say 3/8. He said he would text me the change but I did not receive it. Brought back the truck last night and dropped key and I was charged $9.00 for gas. It was actually the he same amount of gas I left with, I returned it with. Hopefully the adjust my account. It’s not the money, it’s the principle.
Josephine DI made a reservation for 9am with mobile pickup. When I went to check-in, I was told to call and 800 number and discovered the location doesn't open until 10 and the keys were in the office. Then, when I picked up the truck, I was told it was returned at 1/4 tank. It was not a 1/4 tank - it was almost empty. I was given a $40 gas credit, even though it cost me $105 to fill it up. I can't say this was the fault of the location, rather a U-Haul system problem. But overall, not a great experience.
