Not surprised but they had things running smoothly and calmly on probably their busiest couple of days of the year. They are always well organized friendly and accommodating. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
James DThey need to be a lot more transparent about costs. If they say it's OK to drop off a little later, then explain that there will be an additional cost. When a customer calls to inquire about costs, don't talk and talk and talk with an aggressive tone like it is OUR fault. Charlie liked to talk at people and was defensive from the start. For that reason, I would not recommend dealing with this location. I will add pick up was pleasant and easy, but I do wish more informative on costs especially when saying, well if you come back later here's to code (it made it seem like it would be ok to be a little later) instead I was charged $99 for two days rental when I have for just over a day (Charlie did bark about how that was the more effective way to charge me and they were doing me a favor (which may be the case but the delivery was AWFUL))

Scott SEverything was great. The only thing I would do is remove other people‘s phone from the Bluetooth so that the Bluetooth is clear for me to add my phone. I also noticed that the clock was not set to the appropriate time. And I had to reset the clock to the correct time.
