Merchant is a thief. She first tried to charge me 77 extra dollars just to change the return time from 7am to 12 pm I then told her I wouldn't be needing the 26ft truck because I said I couldn't afford that after already paying over 115 dollars. Then she said I didnt have to pay that. After that, I was responsible for taking pictures of the truck. When I got to the photo of the dash...I told her I didn't know how to do it she then jumped in the truck and acted like she completed the process for me. When I got ready to turn the truck in, I noticed that I could not access anything in the app. So I looked in the phone and it showed that the picture of the dash was not uploaded. The problem with this is the merchant knew just as well as I that there was only a little over 1/4 th of a tank. But she made it seem as if it was almost a have a tank. Which is a lie. I drove approximately 24 miles and payed for 33. Where is my reimbursement on the mileage? Instead they tried to hit my card for 58 dollars and some change. Now over a week later they just tried to hit my card again for 25 dollars talking about a cleaning fee. Where do they do stuff like this at. This is a crime making up bogus charges from out of know where over a week later. Something needs to be done about the actions of this supposed Uhaul representative .

Unsafe area. Staff had no idea what was going on. It’s clear they are a gun store just wanting to earn extra money by being a UHaul satellite. Will never pick up or drop off from here again.
