To no fault of the person at the store, I picked up my 15' van, but none of the pads, or dollies that I ordered were there. I also saw the gas gauge was not completely full and I was picking it up at a GAS STATION! So I would say that is a little inexcusable.

joseph cThis has nothing to do with the businesses at either location. The U-Haul regional dispatch in Springfield VA changed my requested, original return location without my knowledge and would have caused me to drive further to turn in the equipment. After a few phone calls they fixed the problem, but thwy had created it themselves and caused unnecessary stress to me.
