I got the keys, truck would not start. I had to stand in the heat for almost two hours on hold with different people trying to cancel my trip. I got accused of trying to get the $50 guarantee for free, I was told that people would reach out to me (did not happen), and I ended up being charged for the trip that I could not take. This was overall a terrible experience. I like U-Haul overall, but probably will not use again
