The truck from this location had an AC that did NOT function. U-Haul sent out a mechanic and fixed the AC but there was something more wrong with this truck. It jerked violently and stalled every few feet. Eventually U-Haul sent us to another location to swap out this truck but not before we lost a complete day of moving.

None of my that I purchased equipment (dolly, furniture pads, etc) was in the vehicle. They changed my pick up location last minute and I had no one to contact. I cannot contact anyone for a refund. I had to go out and take time to pay for equipment I was suppose to be provided.
Sydneee BIt was such a major challenge to get through the process; I guess a 20-year-old guy would do better. Having to answer so many questions and taking pictures with the hope that they will be able to use them in an accident.
Rocio- VI got the keys, truck would not start. I had to stand in the heat for almost two hours on hold with different people trying to cancel my trip. I got accused of trying to get the $50 guarantee for free, I was told that people would reach out to me (did not happen), and I ended up being charged for the trip that I could not take. This was overall a terrible experience. I like U-Haul overall, but probably will not use again
