The location was fine however it is frustrating that U-Haul says your rental is confirmed and when you get to the location you have to jump through hoops to actually get the U-Haul. It’s so frustrating and when I dropped it off the app had so many glitches I had to call customer service to tell them the keys are dropped off. There was no one at the place to even talk to. Super frustrating experience.
