KAZEEM KThe site was close to a gas station, which helped. The lock box was a little hidden in the back of the lot, but no big deal. Importantly, the shop attached to the rental franchise has a bodega cat, which counts for a lot to me. 10 out of 10 stars for the affectionate cat.

Shaneka GThe initial location for a 3 x 8 trailer was pick up was Montrose, MN which is 40 miles one way from my house. I switched to 4 X 8 and got much closer at Guy Am Auto. U haul does not move trailers around to me your need.
Tom MThe manager, Sun-Sun, was very helpful in processing my rental and return. Very thorough to make sure I was set up safely when I picked it up. Organized in that the trailer was in the parking lot ready to connect to my truck. The only minor issue was the rental business is run from inside their small grocery store so it wasn't easy to get a hold of him to pick up or drop off the trailer. I had to wait 5-10 minutes on each end just to find him and take care of the transaction.

Kenneth CAgain… If person is on site like they were here, they should be able to take photos and document if the app didn’t work. I asked if I could email him the photos but he took a look inside the trailer and said it all looked good and he’d “vouch” for me.

Jennifer CHi, I reserved the U-Haul under my name, Nefertiti Bryant, for March 15th, but I had my mentor pick it up because I did not have a License. Anyhow, the truck transmission was not performing as it should. It would not pick up speed the way there or back. Not to mention that the guy at the U-Haul place had terrible customer service, needed to speak English, and was agitated with the customer. This is the second time he has acted in such a way. Last time, on May 1st, 2023, he also gave unsatisfying customer service. Thank you for your time on this matter.

JERALD BI turned the truck in the same day I rented it. I returned it to the above locating and the guy didn’t do a walk through with me did check in my truck right away he waited until the next morning potentially costing me money I had to call uhaul at night to ask what happened they were able to help me but do not drop your truck off at this location terrible and sketchy

ZACHARY SI had problems with drop off! I was given a site to drop off in Noth Minneapolis.Wheni got there were a couple problems. The key dropoff was not functioning and it had a sign to go two miles to another location. I tried to use the app to check out and it came uo with an error message. The operator said try the webite it is better than the app. I was not impressed with this rental.
James DThey said they were too busy and did not help at all. I had to put the tongue of the trailer under the front of another truck so it did not look inviting to steal.
MICHAEL EMy contract had this location. But when I went to drop off told me to take to a totally different place. Spent 30 minutes trying to fix.

Chauncey DWas great! I did a mobile check in… and just returned the keys in a drop box! They started the refund right away the next morning. ( I put a deposit on a prepaid card)
Latasha cThe location was a little hard to find, and the store itself was cluttered but the Father/Son employees were awesome and very customer oriented. Maybe some better signage and a little organization inside the store would help. The truck was in good shape and ready for my one way trip to Oregon.
Scot DI had originally booked at a different location. This location, the parking lot is an ice rink. The truck was stuck in the ice and took an hour to get out of the lot. No one was on site, and when we finally got someone they had to use another uhaul truck to tow our truck out of the lot. While attempting to do that they broke the tow rope and had to use a crowbar to detach the rope from the truck. I asked if they could change our reservation to a different truck, but they said it should just be a few minutes (it wasn't). You also need to climb through ice and snow to get to the car keys from where the trucks are parked.

Brenda PI was billed 3 different amounts and money not taken out for over 12 days. You shouldn't be able to have access to peoples accounts to take out different amounts. Totally pissed off!!!

Daniel NI think all staff should be trained and able to understand your system. If a hard copy of receipt paid in full, especially when reimbursement are needed. How can this be considered!

Reuben SThis was a very scary area of town and 20 miles away from moving address plus road construction detour. Owner agreed and did charge me extra. He was very kind and stayed until my ride found it even though he was closed. It was not an area a single woman should be outside alone. Service good but due to area would not recommend. His store was clean.
Frances MThis wasn't an actual U-Haul facility. I found out choosing to do it all online was a huge mistake! Glitches throughout. Location didn't tell me where my truck was. I had to go to a back area to put a code in to retrieve the van key. Horrible experience

Scott SI was called by u-haul representative to let me know that they had to change my reservation to an even further location because my original location didn’t have the equipment (two dollys) that I needed. I showed up to this further location and they didn’t have any of the equipment that I was told this location had. I ended up having to move without the necessary equipment to survive, and instead of taking me 4 hours it took me over 8.

Vivian BHe said he would take care of an error in gas volume and missing blanket we didnt receive at onset due to vendor error. He said he would handle it but my card was billed for their gas error and incorrect mileage. He said that just so we would leave. Not funny.
