Phone number I was supposed to call for after-hours dropoff came up invalid. No instructions, so I pulled into the lot, locked the truck, and dropped off the keys and contract in the key drop.

The gentleman was kind and helpful but when I arrived to deliver the truck he was on the phone and never interrupted his conversation other than to tell me to leave the keys. But he was nice.

It was an after hours drop. The location was in poor condition. The neighboring bar was very loud and raucous. I left before completing the online after hours drop because of numerous drug deals and loud dealers yelling to anyone passing about "what we got". I will never use this location again. I'm sure the business was fine but the location was not acceptable.

The only problem is I requested the UHaul location in Brooklyn Park that was 3 miles away from my location and some how they transferred me to a location that was an additional 30 minutes away in the city of Minneapolis. It was way out of the way and quite an inconvenience when they had the same truck at the Brooklyn Park location.

The people here are very very nice and the man who helped me was really helpful and nice. I would recommend this business absolutely. The office is kind of a dive, though, and it was in a sketchy part of town. My wife got harassed by passers by while she was waiting for me to complete the rental. I think if they cleaned up their office a bit and provided a waiting area and maybe better signage, this would be a better location.

Should have asked me about the trailer. I left Mpls at 1pm with all lights working. As I approached Ames Iowa the running lights would not turn on. Pulled into and Ames Uhaul(Duff ave) spent 1 1/2 hours trouble shooting broken wire which shorted and blew the fuse on the truck. Super people at Ames!! The trailer running lights started blinking about Denver area and eventually stopped working altogether. I have an enclosed trailer but wanted the tandem axle and reliability of Uhaul. May not use Uhaul again the wiring on this trailer should have been replaced a long time ago—keep you equipment updated!

Onsite contact was not helpful and belittled my first experience with self-dispatch. It took a back and forth calling experience with CS support to get the info I needed.

I reserved a trailer from one location, but uhaul changed the location to one 20 minutes away without notice. Once I got to the second location I waited an hour for service. Unacceptable! Thumbs down, uhaul.

I did get a follow up call today and had to provide my drop off address. Perhaps this location didn't check the vehicle on with uhaul. Otherwise fast and convenient.

I booked the truck at a different location and was only notified of the change by an email without any reference to a change in location. The email went out after 5PM the night before my move. There should really be more of a notification, it was extremely inconvenient. Please change your policies on this. Seriously, I can't stress this enough. The email notification just had the subject "Your U-Haul order" so I didn't notice the address had changed.

The person at the location was a very good person. However, I am disappointed that Uhaul changed the location, two days before I was to pick up the trailer. When I made the reservation, Uhaul promised that I could pick it up at a more convenient location. I feel that Uhaul broke their promise with me, without warning and gave me no choice in the matter.

When I made the reservation online I made it for the Plymouth, MN location. And so I based my estimated mileage on that location. And over night you guys moved me to the Crystal, MN location and the to the Minneapolis location. Which was an inconvenience while trying to make a deadline and added 30 miles round trip for the uhaul truck. I feel like I should be credited back some money for the additional 30 miles I had to drive after being told it was at the Plymouth location.

After I parked the truck, a friendly man came out to get the keys but did not do any formal "check in." I would have felt more comfortable had we done a formal check in where we looked at the truck and gas gauge together (it didn't occur to me that I should have asked about this until after I left). Everything went fine, though.

The vehicle needed 2-quarts of oil immediately and both wiper blades were overly worn. The vehicle was clean and the "owner" was helpful and cheerful. However, I did not understand why we had to pick up the vehicle so far away and at a non-UHaul service center.

my reservation was "lost" it took me a total of 5 hours with customer service to fix the problem. most of the people at customer service were rude and hard to understand. I was given the truck a little under 1/4 tank of gas in it, returned it the way it was received and was charged.... i was also quoted $694 on the phone and it was $805. this entire experience was a disaster and completely over priced.

It was located in a poor part of town. The trucks are parked in a trash filled overgrown parking lot. Didn't feel too safe there. Our truck was clean but the side window could not be rolled up as air would scream through the truck. It was a very long ride with the constant airflow of the side window.

Maybe arrive to work on time reservation was made for 8:00 AM DID NOT get my uhaul trailer until 9:00 which made me behind schedule!

The truck was almost new, however the previous renter left tar residue on the headliner, seat & seatbacks. We had to put plastic bags over the seats to use. Also driving halfway across town at the last hour to pick up the truck was unreasonable.

The manager was friendly, helpful and respectful. I had reserved a 15 foot truck, but a 15 foot truck was not available. The manager gave me a 20 foot truck for the same price as a 15 foot truck. That worked out well. The manager's decision made what could have been a bad situations pretty good.

The gentleman at the drop off location asked me if all was ok and if I'd put gas in it. I told him the pads were in the back of the truck, he shook my hand and that was it. Easy and quick.

The guy was on the phone the whole time we were there. We were incorrectly charged on the contract because literally no one was paying attention. We gave a different card for the purchase to be charged on and it went onto the original card which then over drafted.

They were closed the day I dropped off. I had to return the next day and Sampson helped me change my charge to a new credit card. Very helpful. I was charged a second time because I had to extend my rental dates. Thank you for being so helpful with my changes!!!

The location was horrible, it was inside the back of a West Indian store, were the person providing the uhaul service was also the fish butcher, he smelled of raw fish the entire time, he asked for my debit card before he told me what my total was, I took a picture and time of the fuel level which was no where near the capacity they claimed and stilled I was billed for the gas, NEVER AGAIN, and the truck was old sounded like I was driving a motorcycle from the inside
