Very nice guy, easy pickup but limited service, a difficult drive for me and NOT the location I chose! I ended up going to my preferred (and SELECTED) location in Brooklyn park to adjust my ball mount. They are VERY good promptly helped me. THATS WHY I CHOSE THEM! I was lucky with guy am auto - I have previously been redirected to small dealers who weren’t even open when I went to pick up the trailer! Please ASK before changing a pickup locatio

Margaret Mthey cleaned off the equipment for us (from snow) and showed us the ropes. this location didn’t have any other u-haul products like seran wrap, mattress bags, or a dolly that i could rent last minute, so that was unfortunate, and it was inside a grocery store which was a little odd. there was no official parking lot so i had to park on a busy street before going in. but with those caveats, i wouldn’t think twice about going back.
