The location was horrible, it was inside the back of a West Indian store, were the person providing the uhaul service was also the fish butcher, he smelled of raw fish the entire time, he asked for my debit card before he told me what my total was, I took a picture and time of the fuel level which was no where near the capacity they claimed and stilled I was billed for the gas, NEVER AGAIN, and the truck was old sounded like I was driving a motorcycle from the inside

There were people grilling/bbqing in the uHaul parking lot and blocking the entrance, so we had to wait until they cleared a path for us to get in.

Allow customer to pickup equipment at location requested when making reservation. There was a location a few blocks from where I needed to load the trailer with units in stock. I was sent 20 minutes away to another part of town to pickup the trailer.

In the online confirmation process, please specify that your "desired pick up location" is not the official pick-up location. Causes lots of confusion & frustration when trying to finalize things for a move.

The gentleman needs to be changed. I have rented from other locations and had gotten good customer service. This location is not a place customers would want to go. He does not know how to speak to the customer and was very rude.

While I did request a 9am pick-up time, at 9:05am I got a phone call from the guy at the pick up location. "Where you at?" Was the first thing he said. After realizing who it was, I stated that I was about 10 minutes away. Traffic plus the fact that I was moving and nothing ever goes according to plan had me running a few minutes late. He responded with "Ok, well you've got 10 minutes. I have somewhere to be." Took me to the back room to swipe my CC, which I had already entered with the reservation. Then proceeded to talk about how UHaul had just hired some new girls who didn't know they were supposed to tell me exact times and not give me time Windows. He then gave me a truck bigger than I was supposed to have (not complaining) and then sent me on my way. Didn't walk me to the truck, didn't check the fuel or mileage (which was listed wrong because of him giving me a different truck). I don't plan on moving anything in the future but if I do, I'll be going with another truck rental.

My issue wasn't with Guy Am Auto. The manager at this location came through for me when the online ordering system did not! Everything I put in the order came through into an email and was correct. The night before my move, I got a second "reminder" email and everything was wrong! The location pick up and drop off were incorrect, the price changed, the length of time I had the Uhaul was incorrect - every detail was wrong. I had to call customer service and figure out everything right before I needed to be out of my apartment. Guy Am was flexible but I still had to go through the stress and process of figuring out how to resolve the incorrect order information. Overall, I was very unhappy with my Uhaul experience.

This guy was not prepared for my order. He did not have the 24 pads that I ordered. His only help was that maybe I check with another store. This made me and hour and a half late to meet my movers who charged me for there time. He didn't go over anything with me about the truck, how I'm being charge, if there's a lock box if I have to bring back the truck after hours, what time they close, NOTHING! He pulled the two dollies out of a garage that looked like a hoarders garage and had me walk a block and a half to where my truck was parked.

The truck we got was full of leaves and sticks because the back door had been left open. Also letting customers know that the door was open would be great. The owner was super nice though and he did a great job.

The representative was very helpful. I pulled my car on a trailer. He explained how to unhook in case of emergency. He gave me tips on how to turn and the type of stations to utilize. Then he wished me well on my journey. Great customer service

This was NOT the location that I had chosen - it was not bad but the 12 blankets I had ordered were not there and I had to go to ANOTHER location to get them. The owner of the location was nice but did not show me anything about the truck until I asked how to lock it......and then he did not show me anything else about the truck!

The computer was down and the salesman did not take me to the truck, just gave me the key ( and it took a long time to find it)! If customer service is number one priority, the salesman should have taken me to the car and showed me the truck and how to work it.

The location said they didn't have my reservation even when I had the confirmation number with me. I had to call customer service and convince the location that I had a reservation. Was delayed 45 minutes because of this. Bad service at this location.

It was a very slick, easy pick up and drop off, and the man assisting us was very friendly and helpful. That said, when we arrived at the location to pick the UHAUL up, there was a sign on the door that said he'd be back in 30 minutes. I didn't find that very professional, otherwise it was stress-free, worry-free transaction.
