Carol KGwyn's Gifts and home Decore is the only place i would recommend renting a trailer or truck from. I always receive excellent service at this location. As a matter of fact, I have been directed to other locations to pick up equipment in the past and always there is a problem. Either they are closed {always} its way out of my way, unpleasant or non-friendly. Dirty and unkept. I am a frequent renter and the ONLY place I do good Business with is Gwyn's of live oak FL. Thanks Gwyn.

John CWhen I rented online from the location that I wanted which was Gwyn's gifts, I received a phone call from Uhaul stating that my location didn't have the rental I needed and sent me somewhere else. I got to the location and no one was there. I called and was told I'm sorry but it will be an hour before I can get there. I went to the prior location I wanted and they did indeed have the truck I wanted to rent. I was able to have Gwyn's gifts to change my rental to her. If you try to rent and this happens to you please call your rental location of choice to verify.

The equipment was clean and ready for us to sign the papers and go. The truck performed well for the trip. Definitely on the list of “do it again”!

Robert LTrailer was parked under a tree and had a bunch of leaves in it. Handwheel on trailer hitch was hard to operate due to a lack of lubricant. Everything else went smoothly.

Although I don't have experience with the other Uhaul locations in Live Oak for comparison, I would definitely recommend Gywn's location to anyone.
Adam JThis truck had 97,000 miles on it when I rented it. The steering wheel when you turned it to the right or left and let go of it it would not come back the front end was all over the road. This truck should not even be in the fleet the right front tire had more wearing it in the left it was a job keeping it on the road. It smells like cigarette smoke. Quite honestly I would like a refund on that truck if I could get it or some compensation for having to drive at Grag.

Tim FThey forgot to put in an appliance dolly and I forgot to grab it when I left. So I had to haul my appliances on a separate day. They also park 2 of their UHauls behind massive curbs that you have to pull over. If you reverse you’ll slide down a pretty steep hill.
Michael LMy only request would be to print the gas-gauge re-fill meter on a larger page, maybe its own page, so the tiny numbers of how many gallons to add is easier (more BLATANT) to read. We definitely overfilled the tank to be on the safe side because first we didn't see the line of suggested gallons to add, and then when we did see it, we had trouble reading the tiny print under the little picture-meter.
