Ms. Gwyn is super sweet and helpful. She did give us some inaccurate information, however, in stating that we could return the trailer to any local location of our choosing once we arrived home. In fact, we took it to a location only to be redirected to a location nearly 30 miles away. This was massively inconvenient and U-Haul would not budge.

there is nothing wrong with the location. the problem was with the rental location but the rental itself. upon making the reservation with uhaul representative (main phone #) on the phone, he never told me there is a mileage limit. Upon pick up, the representative told me of the mileage limit was not sufficient. the rep on the reservation new I was going from live oak to tallahassee fl then to mccormick sc, our home, then to the drop off which was just down the street from our neighborhood. mileage of 393 was not sufficient. all we did was stop for gas & rest stops. we ended up owing another $25 due to mileage.
