My frustration is that my reservation location for my unit was changed from 1 mile away from me to 17 miles away. Instead of a total of 5 miles at $1.19 per mile, I had a total of 40 miles at $1.19. I had to pay an extra $41.65 for a 3 hour rental. I was told my reservation was changed because the unit was not available at the original location. I drove by the original location and sure enough, the unit I had reserved was still there. This is a scam by U-Haul to up-charge and we the client get screwed.
