The equipment wasn't clean or in good condition. I paid to rent a dolly but never received one. At the time of return, there was no one on site to whom I could make a complaint. I filed a complaint through the app, but in the end, I was automatically charged for a dolly that I never received or was able to use. In short, it was poor service and an extra charge for something I didn't receive.
