Had no problems with the business providing the truck. BUT: this was a new truck with only 3481.5 miles on it. One needs hearing protection while driving this truck because the noise was extremely loud. Road noise, engine noise you name it-soundproofing is non-existent. Need a warning label requiring hearing protection while driving this vehicle. The upper half of the driver side door was flexing so much that light was shining through at the top of the door, and added to the deafening noise in the cab. Driving this truck was a very unique experience because the steering would pull left and right while going down the highway. Never had a truck drive like that before, and I have rented a few over the years. A lot of steering wheel corrections the entire 280+ miles of this trip. Just not quite the ride I expected with this U Haul rental.
