⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent U-Haul Experience! This was my second time using U-Haul since moving to the USA 10 months ago as an international teacher, and once again, it was a great experience! U-Haul has never failed to provide me with excellent service, but my most recent experience on August 16 at the 6188 Bermuda Rd., Ferguson, MO 63135 location was especially memorable. A BIG shoutout to the wonderful staff member (BRIDGET) who assisted me with such a warm smile and positive attitude! 😊 She truly went above and beyond by surprising me with an upgrade from a 10-ft truck to a 15-ft truck at the same price! 🚚🎉 Even though there was a technical delay with one of their units, she handled everything professionally and made sure I was taken care of. Her kindness, patience, and excellent customer service made my moving experience so much easier and less stressful. Thank you, U-Haul, for another great experience—and especially to the amazing staff at the Ferguson location! You made my moving day even better! ❤️ Highly recommended! 5/5! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
