Though the personnel at this location was great, they do not offer 24/7 pick-up/return, which wasn't mentioned on reservation. It was really inconvenient not to be able to return after hours, as they close at 6 pm. The lack of 24/7 return should have been mentioned at reservation.
Cecile BLove Uhaul overall and use several times a year for weekend markets. This time I only used a cargo van for about 3 hours. The cost was $119 +15$ in fuel I put in the van. Seems very expensive for a quick pick up trip. I'll definitely seek other solutions for my short term vehicle needs.

Raheem RI was never asked if I wanted insurance but was assumed that I did and charged even though I didn't want it and put on the app no so I think workers should make sure they asked that question.
SANTO QIt’s difficult to find a place to park the U-Haul, and can add 30-60miles to your drop off. But the gentleman working in the location is super personable and really on top of his job. I would ONLY use this location again because he made it positive

Julien SNothing wrong with this location, the vehicle, or customer service. Bary was excellent! I do think U-HAUL's marketing could be more transparent about pricing. Mileage charges meant that my short, 4-hour rental was over $100.
Lane BGood customer service starts with appearance. The location's appearance can certainly be improved greatly. Everything else including the young man who processed my rental information was fantastic, professional, considerate. punnag hMy van was dirty. I had to walk 4 blocks to pick it up. The service was poor. I had to wait an hour for him to arrive. I was supposed to pick the van up at 10am but I picked it up at 11am. He was nice to keep my van when I forgot my license but I had already waited an hour for him.

I was able to execute my trip without issue thanks to the information I received. Vehicle was clean and well-maintained. Supplementary services were not necessary but available upon request.
Daniel SReceived my vehicle almost 1.5 hours later than booked, didnt have any other replacement so it messed up our entire plan. Also, this location did not permit returning the vehicle after closing hours so had to come all the way the next day to drop off the keys.
Karthik Aits very casual and I didn't have a pre- or post-inspection and was never given a contract. on the one hand it was easy and quick but on the other I would have been vulnerable if there had been trouble on the trip.

Meir sThe location is a shipping and receiving center. There was a 3ft square space for customers to stand in. We were 4 people in that tiny space and the gentleman helping us was not wearing a mask when I picked up and dropped off the truck. The other two people standing in the small space with my partner and I were trying to get packages shipped. The location does not have a parking lot and relies solely on street parking. I had to walk 2.5 blocks to get to the car in subzero temperatures to get the truck, and at night when I had to return it I drove around a 5-block radius looking for parking. When I went back to the location and told the attendant I couldn't find any and wanted to return the keys, he told me to go back and keep looking for parking. Also, when I picked up the truck it had less than 1/4 of the tank with gas. Who rents a truck with no gas in it? It was absolutely unbelievable. I will never rent a U-Haul from this location ever again.
Christian GI wasn't given the equipment I ordered. No utility dolly but I was surely charged for it though. I opted out for the damage waiver but I was surely charged for that as well. This was an unpleasant experience.
DANIELC SI ended up going to the wrong location initially (mixed up after making a change to my reservation). The woman on the phone was very accomodating, adjusted my reservation again so I had time to make it to the new location and gave me a significant refund. Would definitely use again.

SUSAN DI reserved a van for 8 hours only to find out that the location closed at 6pm and that I would only be able to use the van for 4 hours or I’d have to return it the next day, which wasn’t a possibility. There was no other location I was able to return to except the pickup point. The van was not at the address it was supposed to be and had to call the location 5 times before anyone picked up and then had to wait for them to call me back to tell me the actual location of the vehicle. This place was a hassle. I will never use them again.
