Overcharged me by overestimating my miles. I traveled probably 7 maybe 8 miles total at the most. And was charged for 30 miles. I wasn’t even gone for 2 hours.

Rana AThe man was very kind and friendly but unfortunately we waited about two hours to get the truck we reserved. I reserved the truck for 11am pick up and it hadn’t been returned yet apparently. I understand this is out of the man’s control but there should be a backup option or more of a grace period in between windows. After returning, we were charged a late fee? We were late to returning the truck because we had to wait 2 hours to use the truck!
