Horrible experience getting a uhaul truck from this location. I will strongly discourage anyone to reserve a truck from this location. 1. Our reservation started at 12, but the attendants were late to opening the store and then did not let us into the store until 12:30. There was a line forming of people waiting for their uhauls and it was below 20F outside. 2. The quoted price on our reservation was lower than what the attendant tried to charge us in the store. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes while he tried to get authorization from a manager to correct this mistake. 3. The furniture blankets we reserved with the truck were not available. This was a huge inconvenience to us on top of being an hour late getting our truck. 4. The truck was located more than 5 blocks from the store and we had to practically beg the attendant to walk us to its location. We weren’t given clear instruction on how to find it, so had he not walked us - it would have been another huge waste of time.

Lost my keys when I was returning the U-Haul. Contacted the owner to help check if the keys were let in the U-Haul. He never returned or picked up any of my phone calls
Lixinran SThe vehicle was not inspected in my presence before check out. When I returned the vehicle it was inspected which should have occurred prior to me taking as well. I was not given any receipt/ confirmation when the vehicle was returned. Upon checking the email receipt next day I noticed there was a 45 mile usage and the vehicle showed overdue as it was not checked out when returned. I contacted the location for clarification of the charges and was told by a gentleman that I needed to call the 888 number as he was busy and didn't have time for that.. this was a horrible experience overall. The place looks dirty and junky and the guy is very unprofessional.
JANELLE AI had to find parking for the van which did not take too long but I got lucky. Otherwise everything went smooth.
