He was incredibly rude upon collection and drop off. Insisted the van was parked in an impossible location. Was verbally aggressive and unprofessional. The van was dirty, but the worst is his professionally. I was also charged $30 for coverage I did not ask for as well as $7 for a dolly I was not given. Please refund both. Thanks

Richard GI was charged for 47 miles when I traveled only 10 miles. I picked up the van at 12:00pm and returned it by 2:30pm in NYC its would be impossible to drive 50 miles in 2.5 hrs. Remember you have to load and unload.
