idk why y'all had me pick up my uhaul from a convenience store and not tell me one that it was gonna be NOT at a uhaul store and two that I couldn't pay cash and had to drive to deposit it, then while giving back the uhaul I got over charged 50$ AND we got harassed while waiting for the NEW guy to deal with us. very bad experience. will NOT recommend nor will I EVER get a truck from y'all again. and I move A LOT. thanks for making a stressful experience EVEN MORE stressful. BE MORE transparent or don't do shit like this again. THANK YEWWW. #NOT

Gas gage was off. Had to pay extra money n ey for further away mileage and location, dirty in back, no dolly, and no paper receipt.

Melissa BThere are crack pipes for sale on the counter. There are sketchy people all over. I was shaking when I left and did not appreciate the location or having to leave my car there. I rushed back as soon as I could.
AMBER SIt took over an hour (past 5pm) to even get the keys. I had to even help the worker on how to unlock his alphabetical lock. He never conducted a uhaul rental but it took an extremely long time until I was able to drive off, and I still got charged for returning it past the time that I had even walked in to the store. It was a rough horrible experience and thats because I use uhaul often. No dolly like i had requested...different location than where I had reserved. So I had to drive a total of 15 minutes just to get there and ofcourse still getting charged for mileage. I was told I would get a dolly. There was none. I had to go to home depot for one. Questioning if I would use uhaul again...
