I got printed instructions on returning the trailer after hours. However, I had difficulty log into my account, message that password was incorrect and didn't receive the security code. Tried calling 1-800 got disconnected after several minutes, 2nd call 20 minutes later still on hold, I figured out that using the text message link made this easy. Should also tell customers that you need to be at the site when checking in for location and photo.PAMELA C.

Make sure they get checked out and serviced . The one I rented was unsafe and not acceptable . Almost all the rubber was off the windshield wipes and it was pouring rain and I couldn't see it all . The tires are so bad and bounce all over the road . The Cargo box was so slick I fell twice while loading . The cab smelled like some one has been in it for a week not taking a shower or wearing Deodorant ... I was told the fuel had to be returned on 1/2 tank and when I got in the truck the fuel level was in between a quarter tank and half full that is very unfair that I had to pay for fuel I didn't use . Worst U-Haul experience I ever hadJames E.

Our pickup experience was a disaster. It wasn't this particular location that caused all the problems but we did not like not having a person to deal with. It took a lot of time out of an already frustrating process to take pictures of the scrapes on the side of the Uhaul and the dirt in the cab floor but we felt that we had to so that we wouldn't be charged for any of it when we returned it. We reserved our Uhaul by calling the 800 number and were set up to do the self pickup at another location in Albany, GA. When we arrived, the self pick up did not work. It kept telling me our Uhaul was set up for delivery. An employee of the business pulled up and we explained that we were there to pick up the Uhaul. He called the owner and she was not even aware that the truck was rented so there was no key left in the lock box and she was 45 miles away. When we called the 800 number back to see what we could do, we were given only 1 option and that was to drive 30 miles to Camilla, GA to pick up another one which was larger than what we needed. There were people waiting for us at the home and we practically begged for another option closer to Albany or for delivery of the Uhaul and were told that what we were being offered was a great deal ($50 off and not charging us for the mileage from Camilla) and that we should take it. At that point, we felt like we had no other choice. We called the 800 number a second time to clear up some questions about the charges because we had already paid for the Uhaul in Albany before we found out that the key had not been left. The second person we talked to was wonderful. She bent over backwards to make sure that we were pleased and that everything was set up as it should be for the pick up in Camilla.James D.

I had problems with my vehicle that led to returning the Uhaul trailer 2 hours late. I contend there should have been no additional charges, yet I was charged over $28.00 for being 2 hours late! Penny wise and pound foolish!Karl P.
The guy who initially started the rental, Phil, was very help. when we went back to actually pick up the rental, present debit card & ID, the guy that was there acted as if we were bothering him. things he should have explained to us were things I had to down right ask him. The location did not have all the confirmed equipment and showed little interest in helping to complete the order. The representative went so far as to say that he wasn't U-Haul and he didn't care about how the situation got resolved. He was rude and dismissive. If this was the only place to rent from U-Haul, I would never do it again.Gary E.

Payments need to be taken off when suppose to I have payment charges I shouldn't have. They leave work early so that means that can check the truck in till the next day. Now you going to be charged. But until then it was fine.Tamika F.

Due to the fact the truck needed an tune up. I drove it from camilla to Baconton on an half of tank of gas. I had to fill up again before I left Baconton. Before I turn the truck back in I had to put so more gas back in. And I only drove 24 miles to and there. The truck in really bad need an tune up.joanne C.

Over charging customers is not cool. No amenities were offered. It was my experience that mileage included gas. Not cool and will never use your service nor will I recommend. I will use penske again. No problems with that company like this ever.CANDICE W.
