I would never go to a independent place again I will only go to a U-Haul.There was no one there to assist me with taking off the trailer and I also had some guy try and tell me it was his property and had nothing to do with u haul and to move the trailer after I already dropped it bye myself I also think they charged me more than a U haul dealer would

john pMoved me to 2 locations to get trailer show up to the 2nd one and it’s blocked in and no workers on site had to wait then you have a 80 foot narrow alley to pull it out of onto a main road how in the hell is a normal person suppose to back that back in?? Shut down a major highway is what we had to do and a skilled person it’s difficult U-Haul is a absolute joke total money grab was told oh well when complained about moving locations and no one there you guys shouldn’t be in business if I treated my customers this way I sure as hell wouldn’t
