I requested a 26 foot truck. At first it was accepted but then I got a call saying they couldn’t do it. I had to rent a smaller truck. You advertise if you can’t fulfill the reservation, the customer gets 50 dollars. But that never happened nor did anyone tell me about it. Some joke of a clause if you don’t honor it.

I did not pick up from this place the truck was too small so I went to another and they were amazing at helping me. Online was not at all. But in store that man went above and beyond.

It was put on for me no issue, easy pick up but was delayed by this for drop off and added an extra hour to my day driving to other location when original was 5 minutes from my home

GARY WIt was difficult to find the drop off location as there wasn’t any signage anywhere. There wasn’t a sign on the building that was the office. I parked the truck and a man came out of a building to check me out. He was very nice and efficient.

Mark GThe truck was clean. When picked up it had a quarter tank. I left it with more than half. It would have been nice to have a full tank and only top it off when I dropped it off. Basically cost me about $30 extra in gas, as I filled it up not knowing how much I’d use driving from Wittman to Tucson. Also, the truck lost umph and speed driving an incline on a paved road. We have a long driveway with incline and had to rent a pickup to take things from the uhaul to the house. Decided to be safe rather than risk it

STEPHEN RWhen we picked up the equipment on Saturday, the 16th, we were informed that should we not need all of the 5 days allowed, we would receive a refund for the unused days. We picked up the equipment on Saturday the 16th and returned it to the designated drop-off location on the morning of Monday, the 18th, however I have not received a credit for the unused days and am confused as to the reason. Please let me know when I can expect the promised credit. Best regards

MATTHEW SThis was not the drop off location on the reservations. We had plans made to drop off furniture in the U-haul on our way to the Good year office. The drop off of furniture was on the way. The location was changed last minute which was in the opposite direction of where we planned to go but we still needed to drop off the furniture which made us late to drop off the truck and we were charged another day. Your movers that we hired through you were also late which made the move way behind schedule
