the customer service rep at the sterling location was completely ignorant to how you guys process charges, and as i went to return my uhaul in hagerstown i told the gentleman that i actually put MORE GAS then I got in the vehicle when I had picked it up earlier in the week and then as I leave the vehicle he charges me for "gas charges" when I gave it back higher then i got it at! You guys need to stop hiring these illegal people to run your businesses, its driving the ratings into the ground and theyre scamming and lying to your "valued customers". Will NEVER be using this service again.
