NOTE: No fault of this pickup location... the agent did not confirm my original pickup location the day before, and I got a call while we were in route to the pickup location. UHAUL indicated there wasn't an available truck in the size I wanted within an hour... so we had to go out of our way to get a remote pickup. It caused us to be off-time for our movers, and we had to pay an incremental fee for the movers because they had to wait on us. I sunk an additional $300 because UHAUL didn't call me (as promised in their contract) the day before by 5pm.

I dropped off my trailer a day early and got a late fee. Couldn't call anyone to let them know that I dropped it off, had to call the pickup location and let them know but there was nowhere for me to send photo proof of dropping the trailer. Very disappointed that I got charged for returning the trailer in early and clean.
