Fred KIt's been a pleasure to work with this location. The owner has been most helpful. Using the app or trying to is just nuts. Got all registered online, looked great, then they tell you to use the app when you return. Makes no sense. sends an id code to my computer which I just don't have with me. how about using my phone?!
Paul GApp is not user friendly. The scanning of the back of the drivers license was the worse. It was horrible took over 45 min.

CHRISTINA FI got charged for blankets and a dolly, even though I never used them. I’ve reached out to customer service twice and never heard back. *Please respond back to my emails* Also, the inside of the truck was very dirty.
TIMOTHY CThe app was super slow and it took me almost 45min to go through the picking up process (with a fully charged phone and full service!). It’s at a gas station and those employees were helpful but there’s nothing they can do besides help with the lock when you get your keys. Lesson learned, really do get there early. I showed up 10min before my pickup

ASHLEY GWhen I went to pick the truck the employee was rude and resistant to helping me do what I needed to do to complete the pick up. I stated I had never done this and had yet to download the app. She told me I didn’t need to do anything before I drove off-thankfully I looked at my phone and say that I had to confirm mileage, pics, etc. when I dropped it off I locked the keys in the truck. The next employee was more pleasant but didn’t know anything about the process. The interior on the truck-the cup holders and floorboards needed cleaning.
Bridget LThe Uhaul app was very difficult and made me very angry. The map searched an area I wasn't in, and despite my entering a new location the list of locations was for another state. Restarting the app fixed the location issue. But then I needed to reenter my previous information.
Michael HOnline pickup and return experience was not good on uhaul app. I would recommend in person pickup and return for others.
Ganapathi KAttendant was able to help check me in. The windows of our truck both in and out were filthy. Arm rests were dirty. The check in process was a joke. The attendant on duty stated I could only use the app for my return. The app was difficult at bet to navigate!

Juan TNo U-Haul representatives when I dropped it off. Had need to discuss an issue, called the next day. The rep escalated it to management how very promptly resolved to my satisfaction - exceeding my expectations.
Paul MThere was no appliance dolly (of which I ordered). There were electrical issues with the stereo.
Ashley Jtook a half hour to get my truck checked in. You need to ensure their connection and computers work.
Steve OA lady ran out and would not let us return the truck using the mobile app (which we've always done). Also made us pay for extra fuel even though it was at the same level we got it at. Would happily drive to a farther location if necessary to avoid this one in the future.
Stephanie CFourth U -Haul rental in a couple of years. The vehicle has always been fine. The ordering process (online and phone assist) and pick up outside of business hours is absolutely abysmal and therefore incredibly stressful.
TIMOTHY JI will never use U-Haul again. This was the WORST service ever. This has nothing to do with the location but instead U-Haul.
