The app was incredibly slow. If it wasn't for the lady at the desk, we wouldn't have been able to move forward. It took up about an hour of our time just trying to go to the next steps on the app. If the app does not work, do not have people check in/out on the app.

Maria SI chose this location for pickup with a different drop off location, it defaulted back to the same drop off location without alerting me. This was not clearly stated in the app. I tried to drop off at a different location only to find out that it needed to be returned to pickup location. Wasted time, miles and money dealing with this. I will never use this again.
Chris CWe arrived and the man was so unhelpful. We had a 26’ truck and no indication of where to park or drop off. We parked it and then were told when we went to give him the keys - “drop box outside and you parked your truck terribly, move it beside the others…” easier said than done in a gas station parking lot and its size.
michele hCashier was helpful but not overly friendly. I also was not able to upload any pictures like the app requested because it gave me an error message about location services even though everything on my end was being shared. She ultimately told me not to worry about that as long as the mileage and plate matched.
