owner was not helpful with return. App was also not helpful. I needed to call customer service, and on the phone for 15mins. Not an easy return.

The app was not good. I was told to go to run location and they did not have my truck there. I was then told to go to another location and they did not have it there. After going to the third location they had my truck.
Joseph PI rented a U-Haul truck at about 7 AM on Friday, I returned the truck on Saturday around 11 AM. I was charged for two days, meaning 48 hours of use when I did not have the truck for the full 48 hours. I asked if I was going to be prorated and was told no and that I would be charged for the full two days even though I did not have the truck for two days. I do not feel that this is right since I did not have the truck for the entire 48 hours.

It's 2026 you should have a system that tells you exactly what truck and where it will be AT THE TIME of booking....like hotels, car rental agencies....etc. It isn't reasonable to give less that 24 hour notice, on a reservation, that your pick up point is now over an hour away!!
Craig KThe app was incredibly slow. If it wasn't for the lady at the desk, we wouldn't have been able to move forward. It took up about an hour of our time just trying to go to the next steps on the app. If the app does not work, do not have people check in/out on the app.
