How U-Haul Reviews WorkAttendant wasn't much help with anything. Luckily I have used the app service before and was knowledgeable of how to work it, but if someone wasn't familiar they may have had a tough time.
Daniel Howner was not helpful with return. App was also not helpful. I needed to call customer service, and on the phone for 15mins. Not an easy return.
Carla DThe app was not good. I was told to go to run location and they did not have my truck there. I was then told to go to another location and they did not have it there. After going to the third location they had my truck.
Joseph PI rented a U-Haul truck at about 7 AM on Friday, I returned the truck on Saturday around 11 AM. I was charged for two days, meaning 48 hours of use when I did not have the truck for the full 48 hours. I asked if I was going to be prorated and was told no and that I would be charged for the full two days even though I did not have the truck for two days. I do not feel that this is right since I did not have the truck for the entire 48 hours.
