It seemed that the service person had no insight into the reservation, and everything that had already been done online, was repeated. The vehicle was maintained well, except for 2000 or so miles of caked on bug guts on the front of it.Timothy G.

Customer service at the trailer pickup location was nonexistent!!! The person who gave us access to the trailer was absolutely awful, rude and unfriendly!!! He didn't assist us other than to tell my so. To move forward on the trailer and now his car is damaged! If you have a camera on-site, I highly recommend you review the interaction! The guy handing us the keys failed to tell us that the gas tank does not need to be full when we drop it off. We spent $75 in gas for no reason.Korrie W.
Upon verification, notify the customer that the location pickup has changed. I called the number that I was texted and the individual indicated I was all checked-in. They did not notify me that the pickup location had changed and I was not emailed or texted this information either. At the time for pickup, I went to the reservation location of 924 S. 108th Street, West Allis, WI. I watied in line for 50 minutes only to be told that I needed to go to 5511 S 108th Street.RENEE T.
The mirrors on the truck were loose and viberated so you the mirror pointed to the ground. it was a star head to tighten . I did not have one. Water bottle and food wrappers were under the seat.CURT W.

Upon returning the truck, I was accused of not filling up the tank by a guy who was on his cell phone the whole time, he did this after turning the key 3 or 4 times. It was really unprofessional and sketchy.TYLER P.

I'm trying to think how this could have been a more miserable experience. The store was empty when I got there...including the proprietor. I was the only one there and it took over a half an hour for him to give me they keys b/c of a snag with the system (and even though I already checked in from my phone). He took a picture of my driver's license on his personal phone and without even asking.! I consider this to be incredibly rude and a personal breach of privacy. He wanted me to wait for another customer who came in. He proceeded to charge me $2.50 for a mask b/c I left mine in my car and never thought I would be there so long. He barely confirmed we were done upon drop-off and mumbled something under his breath after inspecting and walking by me. I will never use this, or any, a dealer location again.Christopher J.

Hire people so your paying customers don't have to wait almost an hour on the phone and then when you finally get someone on the phone uhaul representative hangs up on you. having to fix a MAJOR problem that you guys screwed up on. Bad customer service. I tried to rent online. Im never doing that again. When I arrived for the keys the guy at the counter didn't even know what I was talking about as far as online rental. After waiting a good 30 minutes we were finally able to get the truck. Upon returning the truck there was a different employee who asked if I filled the tank up. I didn't know I had to do that and even if I did the truck only had half a tank of gas. I took pictures before I drove off. So I had to go back and put gas in the truck and then return. This was the worst experience I've had. Thankfully I was only moving a couple things. Imagine the headache if you were moving all your stuff in your house.Deborah W.

The cashier at the gas station wouldn't give me my truck even though I showled her my email with confirmation number. She wanted the truck "number." Which wasn't in email confirmation. Called uhaul and was on the phone for half hour. She spoke limited English and the whole transactions was BAD! The truck was only 3/4 filled with gas. And confusion when returning the truck because the 1st woman never "checked it out" Made the start of a moving day horrible!! Would never pick up a truvk there again!! And $75ish for a 14 mile round trip/3hour move was pricey.....Susan B.
DO NOT RENT A TRUCK FROM THIS LOCATION. Woman behind the counter barely spoke English, never went over the truck with you. You have to call 1800 uhaul and wait 1/2 an hour what the truck number is so you can leave the store. Pathetic return service. Nothing explained at all. The truck worked great and the price was very fair. We recommend you rent from the Greendale location. The lady at Hales Corners Marathon knows nothing (including her phone#) and has no interest in being helpful. It took 2 hours to check-out out truck and then they did not have the moving pads which we had ordered. We called Gary (at Greendale) who had the pads and was super helpful.ELIZABETH H.
1) The truck was not clean... lots of dirt and debris (old t-shirt, wrappers under the seat) in the cab and cargo area. 2) On-line check-in did not work well even though I had an account set up prior. 3) Attendant would not give me the truck key until UHaul called her even though I had completed the online check-in.Glenn D.
Have an actual professional person, in charge of setting up transfer of truck to the customer. I was very disappointed in the gas station attendant who knew NOTHING of the transaction and who was quite rude. I waited for 30 minutes to obtain my reserved truck and then had to hurry to return the truck, even though the mistakes made and circumstances were not my fault.. My experience was not good.ANN K.
Took way too long to get on the road. Almost an hour to do the paperwork. The person taking care of me was friendly, but did not know how to do the paperwork and had to wait for a phonecall to walk her throuh it step by step. When finally finished, I had asked where the dozen pads were that I bad ordered. I was told they dont have any pads and cannot give me any. I had nothing to wrap my furniture i for the move, and had no choice but to fake the truck as the move had to be made. Very poor service.RUSSELL D.

Location was fine. Reserved a moving van for 8:00 am. Confirmed. When I arrived, and attempted to check in via my smart phone, I was notified that I was to return at 1:00 pm. Luckily, this location is a gas station and an employee provided the key. But this only occurred after completing the check with an Uhaul employee by phone. So much for check in online, which Uhaul recommended. Why no notification? Your online reservation and check in system is poorly lacking. I would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.Donn K.

The drop-off location was clearly not a dedicated U-Haul rental business. It was instead a gas station. the gas station attendant was too busy to check me out of the vehicle and I didn't have time to stand around to wait while he dealt with his gas station customers resulting in him Miss marking what the fuel level was. I'm not certain who benefits from the ridiculous surcharge that is levied for not filling the tank but I suspect this was probably not an accident as it would have been impossible for anyone to miss read where the gas level was left as I left it more full than I got it.brian M.

The location was at a gas station that doesn't believe in putting salt down so their customers will not fall. I fell twice. Once upon entry to my uhual and then at returning it. My hip is in excruciating pain. Upon registering for my uhaul, the attendant was claiming my DL was not being accepted. I had to wait 45 minutes to get this taken care of. Finally a representative at uhaul said I was fine and asked him to give me the keys. I needed the truck for a few hours to move a table and needed to be there by 5. Guess what? They were not able to wait for me and I couldnt get my table. So no table and a possible fracture to my hip... Never again will I use uhal. MichelleMichelle S.
