Scheduled pickup online for Thursday night. Got there and no one showed. Called twice with no answer and left voicemail. Then called reservation center and they confirmed he was supposed to be open 24hrs and asked if I could come back on Friday to pick up. I agreed and was given $50 credit. Got call from this location next morning and was told to pick up and just send him a picture of my tag and trailer being hooked up to vehicle. Sent pictures to number he called from but no response. (Note: Got a call from him the next day asking for picture and sent to him at a different number. He told me to leave hand trucks in trailer when dropping off.) Drive to loading destination and found hand trucks in trailer. Drove final destination on Saturday and dropped off (after reservation center approved) and sent pictures to them. Then on Monday I get charged on credit card again for an extra day of use. I didn't realize contract says rental was from Sat to Mon due to the reservation center asking me to pick up on Friday and getting call from rental business on Friday. Plus, How is it an extra day if I turned it in on Saturday? Now I'm having to appeal the charge. Nothing but problems with this rental experience.

Did an after hours drop off so didn’t interact with anyone on the staff. Thankful for the availability of the location.
