They gave inaccurate gas level causing a charge for fuel when we returned the rental. Gas tank was 3/4 full and we left it 7/8 full which was more than how we received it. We took a picture when we picked it up and dropped it off for verification.

Amy BHitch was rusty. It was difficult to secure. No one was at the site. Attendant gave us instructions via the cell phone. He was nice but he didn't offer to come to the site and help. Pick up was supposed to occur in Albany, GA, but that location didn't have our trailer. We had to drive 30 miles to Camilla to get it.

Allen CThe app drivers license pictures and verification photo ,ie passport is very combersome. This should have been done before the day of pick up. I was on a time schedule and it took me 30 minutes to get through the verification process before getting the access code for the key. I also was charged an additional milage fee of 17.00 when I was under the impression that i had unlimited milage.

Derek NMake sure the lawn is cut and grass is maintained. Don't want to risk stepping on a snake or if something is laying in grass broken, parking uhaul equipment over sharp objects.

Kenneth FThere was no one available for assistance in the rental process. I should have received a Hand Truck along with the Truck rental, but I did not receive it. Also the truck had a Full tank of gas when I picked it up and when I returned it, but they showed Me returning it with only 3/4 of a tank. Not very satisfied; would not recommend this location.

Ronnie Ftrailer had some trash in it, at the end of the day I am unhappy with the experience overall. I planed my trip based on your website that said shanes auto in Quitman was open and it was not so I had to scramble and contact your company to find another provider an hour away ( Thinking Shanes was open I took a southern route instead of northern). In the end I wasted over 2 hours driving and about 6 gallons of gas on top of that the rental cost me more to rent the trailer since it was farther from my drop off point. This bad experience cost me money and time for a mistake your company made and I was never once offered compensation for your mistake. In fact it took over 30 minutes for 2 different operators to finally find me another trailer when I called.
Kianta aI was appalled that they would send me 42 miles away to pick up the rental truck and trailer.. when you make a reservation in advance, they should make sure to have the equipment at that location! Also changed my pickup time to the time I was at work because the satellite office I was sent to was closed at the time I requested to pick up..
