I would make sure the equipment floor is not damaged where you can't properly stack your bins in correctly.

joseph wI received a call from Uhaul the day before pick up stating to arrive at Poplar Grove pick up. Upon arrival no truck was available. Had to call roadside assistance and hold 30 minutes to find a truck and pick up location. Paid Movers were waiting to start due to Uhaul incorrect information. Very disappointed as scheduled 2 weeks in advance and had to pay movers for labor/time.

CHAD HOnly negative is that I wanted to rent the trailer for drop off at the other end but was only able to rent if I returned to same location. It was less expensive, but a pain to haul it thru Chicago to Michigan and back.

GARY MSomeone stole my identity and used it to rent a U-Haul. When I tried to reach out to the company to limit the damage, I found no opportunity to do so. The rental location did not bother to verify the email address used by the scammer. This is not a good strategy to maintain a trustworthy reputation. Business is based on trust.

Gary HI always pleased every time I use HammerTime U-Haul. This last time I needed to rent a truck it was earlier than the store opened and she came in early so I could stay on my moving schedule. I appreciate her so much. I highly recommend belvidere HammerTime haul.
Chris MMy reservation got transferred to this location at the very last minute. I waived the SafeMove insurance on my reservation by choice. The insurance was NOT part of my reservation. The Manager of the location added the insurance for both days of my rental. When I caught it, I told her that I did not agree to the insurance. She told me she was on the phone with Uhaul and would tell them to take it off and I would not be charged for it. Yesterday upon my completed rental, I am sent a receipt that charged me $30 for 2 days worth of insurance that I declined. So not only was I charged for insurance without my consent, I was lied to by the Manager when she said that she would correct it. I have disputed the charges with my bank until we can get this straightened out.

THOMAS GMy location changed to pickup the truck 2 days prior to move. It was 35 mins away. No one ever told me I can check out and pickup the truck online. We were there for a half hour trying to figure it out and had to call the customer care number. The place said it opened at 8 but did not open until 10. I had ppl waiting for me at the house to help move because the lack of communication on your end.

Loangelo HThe person who was to issue the truck I reserved was late. She arrived wearing a sweatshirt emblazoned with the name of a political candidate. That was unprofessional, but paled in comparison to the saying on the sweatshirt, "Hurting your feelings is not a crime." This message clearly said the person was not there for customer service, if she was unkind to customers, that would be okay. I was surprised a U-Haul franchise would allow an employee to wear clothing with such an unprofessional and unfriendly message.
John PI had to use U-haul 2 different times in the sane week both times was with Kelly at Belvidere HammerTime U-Haul and she was just as great the 2nd time. My go to U-Haul!

ezequiel RGas tank was only a quarter full. At 5 mpg I had to go immediately to the gas station. I ended up turning it in with a half tank. Hard to gage a quarter tank when you fill up. Prefer tank to be full when picked up so I just fill up before dropping off.
