Kelly was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She assisted me with connecting the trailer to my truck, and explained all of the features of the trailer. I highly recommend working with her!
Peter SWhen i picked up the truck it said 93 miles till empty. I put enough gas to say 100 miles till empty. But still got charged $20 for gas.
Kevin LDropped the toy hauler off no more than 4 hours after I picked up from a different location in west dundee,gave the lady that owns the white jaguar my info and the pamphlet they give you when you pick up the trailer with all the info in it,went outside unhooked the trailer,came back in to make sure I was checked in and I was assures that I was. Skip to two days later I get a $28 charge to my card,which I call hammertime and spoke with the same lady with the white jaguar who "checked me In" saw that there was a charge of $28,but had no idea what it could be about. So she gives me haul's "traffic" phone number skip to being asked the same story over and over 10 different times being passed from 10 different people only to be told someone will be in touch with me in 72 hours. I mean,they have GPS on the units im sure (trailers,teucks,etc.), check the re ord. You took my money without asking questions but have to go thru all this crap to get it back is like nails on a chalkboard. Rediculous.
